|When I don't know the date when a roster bonus is due I presume it to have been due on March 12, 2013. I presume that the Patriots will pick up the player's 2013 option bonus so I include the option bonus proration in the total cap amount but until March 12 I do not include the option bonus in the Remaining Signing Bonus amount.|

Andre Carter Andre Carter was signed by the Patriots on October 22nd. On October 24th ESPNBoston.Com's Field Yates reported that "Here's a look at the one-year contract signed by Carter to rejoin his old club. Terms: One year, $940,000. Notes: The contract doesn't include any guaranteed money or a signing bonus, though that isn't uncommon for a veteran player signed in the middle of the season. It does, however, include a minimum salary benefit, which means that while Carter's salary is $940,000, his cap hit is a much reduced rate
