How to Read This Table
When I don't know the date when a roster bonus is due I presume it to have been due on March 12, 2013. I presume that the Patriots will pick up the player's 2013 option bonus so I include the option bonus proration in the total cap amount but until March 12 I do not include the option bonus in the Remaining Signing Bonus amount.
Please note that for some players not all of the listed numbers will add up to their reported cap number.

Justin Francis On May 15th, 2012 ESPNBoston.Com's Mike Reiss blogged that the "Patriots signed seven rookie free agents after the draft, and looking at the signing bonus/guaranteed money each player received is a good reflection of how they were valued and what type of competition the club faced from others to sign them. Here is the rundown:...DE Justin Francis (Rutgers) -- $10,000 ($7k to sign, $3k of guaranteed salary)....All deals for rookie free agents were three years."
October 27, 2013 update On August 31, 2013 Justin Francis was waived/injured. On September 1st he was placed on Injured Reserve after clearing waivers. On September 7 he reached an injury settlement with the Patriots. On October 27th the Boston Globe's Ben Volin reported that "Some injury settlements from training camp: WR Kamar Aiken ($35,648). DE Jermaine Cunningham ($37,059). TE Brandon Ford ($101,647). DE Justin Francis ($35,647). OL R.J. Mattes ($67,765). OL Chris McDonald ($67,765). DT Anthony Rashad-White ($135,529)" which means that the Patriots and Francis agreed that he should be paid one week's salary.
